Arrowhead Game Studios has concluded its 60-day plan for Helldivers 2, with more sweeping buffs to weapons and Stratagems alongside nerfs to enemies in its latest update. It introduces new weapon functions like alternate ammo for the GR-8 Recoilless Rifle and AC-8 Autocannon, making additional supply items visible on the minimap, and much more.
Among the buffs are Orbital Stratagems, Eagle-1 Bombs, and FAF-14 Spear missiles no longer ricocheting off targets. Heavy armor now provides 25 percent damage reduction, while Light armor’s increased damage intake drops from 33 percent to 25 percent.
As for enemy nerfs, Automatons have received targeting fixes to prevent them from shooting through walls. Projectile damage from Devastators, Conscripts, Scout Striders and Emplacements (normal and Heavy) have also been reduced. Heavy Devastators also have longer pauses between salvos, offering more time for attacks.
