After a surprise launch last year for Xbox Series X/S and PC, Tango Gameworks’ Hi-Fi Rush is out on PlayStation 5. The Standard Edition retails for $29.99, while the Deluxe Edition is $39.99 and features bonus outfits, t-shirts, guitar skins and more. Check out the launch trailer below.

Hi-Fi Rush follows Chai, who signs up for Vandelay Technologies’ Project Armstrong for limb replacement. Things quickly go from bad to worse as he flees from pursuing security forces with a new robot arm. Joining up with the mysterious but fiery Peppermint, Chai embarks on a quest to unearth Vandelay’s shady project SPECTRA and fulfil his dream of becoming a rockstar.

Hi-Fi Rush’s main claim to fame is the rhythmic combat. Attacks, enemy patterns and movement are all according to the beat, but if players time their moves right, they can deal more damage.
