IO Interactive’s Hitman beta is now live for PlayStation 4 players in Europe and is expected to arrive for North America at this time.

The beta is currently only accessible by digitally pre-ordering the game. PS4 owners get early access to the game’s prologue mission, which introduces us to Agent 47 and his handler Diana Burnwood, while also providing two training hits for you to replay as many times as you want. Contracts mode is unfortunately not included in the beta and an Internet connection is required, though the full release won’t need it.

The PS4 beta for Hitman ends on February 15th and goes live for PC on February 19th. At this point, it doesn’t seem like an Xbox One beta will be happening any time soon. The full game will be out on March 11th for current gen platforms but IO Interactive has plans to support it with new content, locations, public targets and much more.
