miHoYo Games has announced that Honkai: Star Rail has accumulated over 100 million downloads since launching in April 2023. The free-to-play turn-based gacha RPG is available for PC, iOS, Android and PS5. It crossed 20 million downloads in its first 24 hours of release and saw over one million players on PS5.
Set in a sci-fi universe, the story focuses on Stelle/Caelus, implanted with a Stellaron. Joining the Astral Express, they seek answers for their condition and the aim of Nanook, the Aeon of Destruction and creator of the Stellarons. Thus far, players have ventured to Jarillo-VI and the Xianzhou Luofu, recruiting new allies and interacting with factions like the Stellaron Hunters led by the mysterious Elio.
