Honkai Star Rail - Dr. Ratio

It’s not often that limited five-star characters are free in gacha games, but miHoYo’s Honkai: Star Rail is breaking that rule with Veritas Ratio, aka Dr. Ratio. As a member of the Intelligentsia Guild, he’s arrogant, egotistical and obnoxious, but also one who believes intelligence isn’t just for geniuses. Check out some of his moves in the trailer below.

Following the Path of the Hunt, Dr. Ratio deals Imaginary damage. His Basic Attack and Skill are good for single-target damage, but on using the latter, he has a 40 percent chance of launching a follow-up attack. That chance increases by 20 percent for each debuff on an enemy. Syllogistic Paradox is his Ultimate, dealing single-target damage and applying the debuff, Wiseman’s Folly.

Whenever allies attack a debuffed target, Dr. Ratio will launch his follow-up attack up to two times. With characters like Xueyi and Ruan Mei to work with, it should be interesting to see his impact. Stay tuned when he goes live.
