miHoYo Games’ next major update for Honkai: Star Rail, Version 1.4, “Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream”, launches on October 11th. It coincides with the release of the PS5 version and includes several new characters, such as the eagerly-awaited Jingliu, Topaz and Numby, and Guinaifen, while Seele makes a return. The update adds two areas – the Old Weapons Testing Ground and Pillars of Creation on Jarilo-VI. Topaz, an agent of the IPC, also visits Belobog, which seemingly causes strife with Bronya, the current Supreme Guardian. Other new content includes Aetherium Wars, a video game akin to Pokemon where players can replicas of enemies known as Aether Spirits to fight in combat.
You can raise these Spirits in different Victory Zones, capture Overlord Aether Spirits and more. New Companion Quests, especially for Jingliu, are also expected. Check out the Special Program below and stay tuned for more details when Version 1.4 goes live.
