Horizon Call of the Mountain will be appearing during tomorrow’s PlayStation State of Play. Sony confirmed this in a new tweet, promising a “new look” at the PlayStation VR2 title. The presentation kicks off at 3 PM PST/6 PM EST.

Developed by Guerrilla Games and Firesprite Studios, Horizon Call of the Mountain features a brand new protagonist. Thus far, we’ve seen the Tallneck make an appearance (as noted in the GIF below) but other Machines have yet to be confirmed. One thing is for sure though – along with old and new characters from the series, Aloy will be present.

Tomorrow’s State of Play focuses on third-party PS5 titles and PlayStation VR2 games. Sony said that its next-gen VR headset would launch with over 20 first-party and third-party titles. A release date has yet to be announced, though analysts believe that it could launch in Q1 2023. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
