Ryu ga Gotoku Studio’s newest title Judgment is now available for PlayStation 4 in the West. As a spin-off of the Yakuza series, Judgment follows former lawyer-turned-detective Takayuki Yagami as he plies his trade in Kamurocho. Check out the launch trailer below for a “shot of justice”.

Though it features the same setting, Judgment has tons of new gameplay mechanics for Yakuza fans. Chases, tailing enemies, and investigating crime scenes is just the beginning. You’ll also be flying a drone through the city, administering objections, and tracking down a serial killer. This is in addition to the awesome combat, which uses two different fighting styles – Crane and Tiger – to devastating effect.

You can check out our official review of Judgment for more information on what makes the game so great. Like Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, Judgment uses the Dragon Engine for some stellar visuals. Other interesting features that are worth knowing about can be found here.
