EmberLab’s Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be releasing today at 9 PM PST on PS5, PS4 and PC (via the Epic Games Store). Depending on one’s timezone, it should be available worldwide by tomorrow. So in the meantime, check out the new release trailer which teases the beautiful and heart-rending journey that Kena will embark on.

Revealed at last year’s PlayStation Showcase, Kena: Bridge of Spirits has seen its fair share of delays. It’s about a Spirit Guide named Kena who ventures to a dilapidated village in an unknown land. Seeking to lay its spirits to rest, she sets about rejuvenating the area as players learn more about her past.

To help on her journey, Kena can enlist the aid of the Rot, small spirit companions that help in combat, puzzle solving and more. She also has a staff which transform into a bow to fight off enemies. Kena: Bridge of Spirits has seen comparisons to Pixar films, and it should be interesting to see how it performs. Stay tuned for more details en route to its worldwide launch.
