Killer Instinct: Season Two

One of the best exclusives on the Xbox One, Killer Instinct, the revival of the classic Rare fighting game franchise, will be coming to PCs running Windows 10, Phil Spencer confirmed at the PC Game Show at E3 2015 just now. The game will feature cross platform play and save, so players from PC and Xbox One will be able to face it off against each other.

While Killer Instinct is free to play, a lot of its characters are premium ones that need to be bought- Spencer did not confirm if Killer Instinct would also be ‘Cross Buy,’ though given Microsoft’s plans for the Windows-Xbox ecosystem, it is almost a given that it will bring over your purchases across platforms as well.

Killer Instinct is available right now on Xbox One, and is due out some time later this year on Windows 10 PCs too. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more information coming from E3.
