Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind

Kingdom Hearts 3 will be receiving its first paid expansion this week with ReMind, which is available first on PS4. However, along with new story content, new bosses and features like Premium Menu for difficulty modifiers, there will be a free update for current players. Update 1.07 will go live for both PS4 and Xbox One players and Square Enix has offered a peek into some of its other content.

Along with two new Keyblades – Oathkeeper and Oblivion – update 1.07 will also add new combo abilities. Six combo abilities are being added overall and should help mix combat up a bit. Additional details were also provided on the Limit Cut Bosses which have new attacks.

Essentially, you can expect them to be more challenging with the likes of Master Xehanort and Xion being the toughest. Most interesting, however, is that the secret boss will be very difficult and possesses many attack patterns. We’ll see how that pans out given how quickly some players trivialized Critical Mode when it arrived.

Kingdom Hearts 3: ReMind is out on January 23rd for PS4 and February 25th for Xbox One.
