Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Trailer Compares Old and New Graphics

Check out how the PS3 port compares to the older platforms.

Square Enix has decided to hop aboard ye olde graphics comparison train and released an interactive trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, which lets you view the older SD graphics for Kingdom Hearts 2, Birth By Sleep and Re:Coded versus the new HD graphics. Check it out above.

The HD 2.5 ReMIX represents a serious upgrade in terms of anti-aliasing and resolution along with improvements to character design and brightness. Props to Square Enix for taking the time and effort to improve the visuals, even if the graphics leap isn’t as significant as The Last of Us: Remastered. Then again, this didn’t release a year ago or include 3 awesome games in one package so there’s also that.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX releases on December 5th for Europe on PlayStation 3. It comes off the news that Kingdom Hearts 3 may take a little longer than usual to arrive. Stay tuned for more information nonetheless.
