Left Alive

Square Enix’s Left Alive has received some new screenshots and details over the last few weeks and months. However, a new trailer was also released, and wants players to find a way to survive in the war zone that is Novo Slava. The trailer also helps showcase the different playable characters and their circumstances throughout the experience. Check it out below.

In Left Alive, you’ll have a variety of objectives in a given mission. At one point, you could be sneaking around, but then might come across a group of soldiers executing civilians. You could rescue a civilian and then be tasked with escorting them to safety. Different choices could lead to different outcomes, so choose wisely.

Despite being relatively outnumbered, players can craft useful items like IEDs and trip mines to even the odds. Medicine will also be necessary to stay alive, but can also be crafted on the go. It’s also possible to seize a mech at some point, giving the enemy a taste of their own medicine. Left Alive is out on March 5th 2019 for PS4 and PC, and judging by the footage thus far, it seems to offer a pretty nice balance between being stealthy and going loud.
