Neowiz recently announced that its highly anticipated Soulslike action RPG Lies of P will be out this August, and the developer has now also confirmed that the game will get a physical release on consoles as well.
The physical launch of the game will be handled by Fireshine Games, it’s been confirmed. It will launch simultaneously with the game’s digital version for PlayStation and Xbox consoles in North America and Europe.
“We are delighted to have partnered with Neowiz to release the physical version of Lies of P in western markets later this year,” said Fireshine Games marketing director Sarah Hoeksma. “As one of the most anticipated games of 2023, we can’t wait for players to step into this deeply dark take on a classic tale and experience the adventure awaiting them.”
Whether or not multiple editions of the game will be available for those looking to purchase it physically hasn’t yet been confirmed, though one would imagine those details will be made clearer closer to launch. Until then, you can check out a trailer announcing its physical release below.
Lies of P launches in August for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will also be available on Game Pass at launch.
