Like a Dragon Gaiden The Man Who Erased His Name (2)

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name has received some new details focused on the Substories. Doled out by the mysterious Akame, they involve Kiryu going off the beaten path and completing various requests.

Some Substories see him running into familiar faces, like the Obatarian from Yakuza 0 and even Masaharu Kaito from the Judgment series. Both are interesting wrinkles because Kiryu is supposed to be undercover, but they know his identity. How this ultimately plays out remains to be seen.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name launches on November 9th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out the opening movie and theme here. You can also check out the various side activities and story bits here. Those looking forward to Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the next mainline title, can also play a trial included with Gaiden.
