Sega’s year has been pretty good, especially for role-playing game fans. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth was one of the more notable, selling over one million copies in its first week and garnering strong critical acclaim. If you haven’t experienced it yet, a new game trial is available on PlayStation Plus Premium.

Since it allows for playing ten hours of the game, PS4 and PS5 players can carry over their progression should they purchase the latter. PlayStation’s Holiday Sale is ongoing until January 1st, 2025, and the Standard Edition is a whopping 50 percent off, retailing for $34.99.

Alongside PS4 and PS5, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is playable on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. You can check out our review, where we gave it a nine out of 10.

RGG Studio’s next title in the series is Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, focusing on Goro Majima as the protagonist. It’s out on February 21st, and though essentially a spin-off, the scale is much larger than Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.
