Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have revealed plenty of new gameplay details on the upcoming Like a Dragon: Ishin! in the lead up to its launch, most recently having highlighted Trooper Cards, which are cards that can be equipped for special abilities in combat, each corresponding to a unique character and fighting style.
Now, Sega has revealed two special guest stars who’ll be cameoing in the game in the form of Trooper Cards- namely, WWE star Kenny Omega and actor Rahul Kohli. Omega will appear as Essence of the One-Winged Angel, and will be able to “cut down foes with the slashes of his angel’s wing”, while Kohli will appear as Essence of Firestorm, and will “incinerate enemies with fiery waves of righteous anger.” Get more details in the trailers below.
Omega and Kohli are two of six special guests who’ll be making Trooper Card cameos in the game. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio says the remaining four will be unveiled in the coming days.
Like a Dragon: Ishin! launches on February 17 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
