Tarsier Studios revealed a new trailer for Little Nightmares 2 yesterday at Gamescom Opening Night Live while also delaying the game to next year. The creepy puzzle platformer is shaping up well though and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment released 15 minutes of gameplay to offer a better look. Check it out below.

Along with revealing how Mono meets Six, the video showcases some of the co-op puzzles that both children must solve together. Eventually, they’ll run afoul of The Hunter – an Elmer Fudd-style character that’s trying to shotgun them to death. Moving, hiding and moving again is paramount to survival here.

The Hunter is but one of many new characters that Mono and Six will meet in the Pale City. Others include The Teacher, The Students and The Thin Man who’s operating the Black Tower that the duo is attempting to investigate. Little Nightmares 2 arrives on February 11th 2021 for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. It will also release for PS5 and Xbox Series X later next year with current gen owners receiving free upgrades. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
