Lords of the Fallen’s Launch Trailer Showcases its World and Combat

The launch trailer comes just before Lords of the Fallen's October 13 release date on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

Publisher CI Games and developer Hexworks have released a new trailer for Lords of the Fallen leading up to the game’s October 13 release date. The trailer, which you can check out below, shows off the gameplay, environments and visuals of Lords of the Fallen.

Lords of the Fallen takes place 1,000 years after the events of the original 2014 title. . The player joins forces with the Dark Crusaders to try and stop the return of the demon god Adyr. Much of the game will revolve around players trying to purify five corrupted beacons throughout their journey.

The studio previously took to the PlayStation Blog to explain how the game would make use of features of the DualSense controller on the PS5. For example, the adaptive triggers will be used with different levels of resistance depending on which weapon the player is using.

A trailer for Lords of the Fallen released back in September showed off the game’s starting classes, with more classes being unlocked based on decisions made the player.

Lords of the Fallen is coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
