After a development cycle that stretched more than a decade, Ultizero Games’ Lost Soul Aside launched late last month to relatively mixed impressions from fans and critics (check out our review here). In response, the developer has released several updates to address various bugs, performance issues, and more.

Patch 1.008 is the latest, bringing even more fixes, including in Chapter 1’s Chronocore Dimension, where players could fall through the environment. The Poleblade has seen its damage values “adjusted”, and Arena’s dialogue trigger frequency has been “optimized,” which could mean less yapping than necessary. Chapter 2 main boss Drogo’s damage is also adjusted, and the Greatsword’s Burst Pursuit should feel better to use.

Check out the full patch notes below for more details. Lost Soul Aside is available for PS5 and PC with a free demo containing two boss fights to try out. To learn more about its myriad of issues, check out our feature and stay tuned for further updates.
