Lost Soul Aside

It’s been a while since we’ve heard about Lost Soul Aside. UltiZeroGames recently released some new art work, which depicts a stormy scene with the protagonist Kazer. The developer noted in a tweet that it couldn’t share more information yet but that it was “still hard at work”.

Lost Soul Aside has had an interesting history – it’s essentially an action RPG inspired by the likes of Final Fantasy 15. It began as a project developed by one man, Yang Bing. Since then, UltiZeroGames is handling development and it’s even part of Sony’s China Hero Project.

Lost Soul Aside is exclusive to the PS4 and has looked pretty nice in whatever gameplay we’ve seen. Still, without a release date or window, one has to wonder if it will still release for this generation of consoles (the PS5 is out next year, after all). Stay tuned for more details – perhaps there may be an update in the coming months.
