Mad Max World Premiere Gameplay Trailer: How Fast Do You Wanna Go?

Avalanche Studios reveals the first gameplay footage from their next open world adventure.

Avalanche Studios announced that they would be bringing cult-classic post-apocalyptic property Mad Max for current and next gen platforms at this year’s E3. Today, they’ve revealed a gritty trailer for the same which showcases the gameplay for the first time. Check it out above, and have a look at the accompanying screens as well.

Unlike Avalanche’s Just Cause series, Mad Max is significantly more grounded and brutal. Max will be touting a double barreled sawed-off shotgun and utilizing melee moves in third person combat. We also get to see Max traversing across zip lines and facing off against big bad bandits.

The vehicular combat component also looks significantly blockbuster, and for nothing but sand, the wastelands of the future have never looked better.

Mad Max is currently set to release on April 30th 2014 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment publishing the game. Stay tuned for more details.
