The upcoming The Dark Pictures Anthology series is an ambitious one. It’s a set of five different games from developer Supermassive Game, each one with a different cast and a different setting. The first game in the series, Man of Medan, was announced last year. It’s been featured a few times in the last week, such as the developers showing off some gameplay, but we don’t know much about when to expect it, outside a release window for this year. But a new tease from Supermassive may point to that changing soon.
As you can see from their official Twitter below, something is coming this Tuesday, May 21st. They have posted a video of Man of Medan footage spliced together, along with some creepy music. Since the game has not been dated, there’s a pretty solid chance that Man of Medan will finally get one tomorrow. There’s also a smaller chance we may get some information on the next title, whatever that may be. It might be too much to hope for both, but fingers crossed.
The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan will release sometime this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re curious about why the developers went this route instead of a traditional sequel to Until Dawn, you can check out that info here.
Something is coming! Look out for our announcement on Tuesday. #ManofMedan pic.twitter.com/fnln1g23FV
