Marvel Rivals - Wolverine

NetEase promised 33 playable characters when Marvel Rivals launches on December 6th, and it’s finally revealed the last – James “Logan” Howlett, aka Wolverine. To no one’s surprise, he’s a Duelist and likes to attack up close with his Adamantium claws.

What makes Wolverine so endearing is how well his berserker playstyle translates. He can unleash basic melee attacks with his claws and dash towards opponents to unleash a dual strike. A backdash into a dashing dual strike and a tackle, which carries the enemy before transitioning into a flurry of slashes, is also available.

Logan can also activate temporary invulnerability to tank damage (including Ultimates). Berserker Rage is his Ultimate and allows for launching enemies into the air before tackling and sending them back down in an area-of-effect attack. And yes, the Fastball Special is available as a Team-Up Attack with Hulk.

Of course, other heroes will arrive in future seasons. Season 0: Dooms’ Rise kicks off this month, with Season 1 starting in January. Head here for more details on Marvel Rivals in the meantime.
