Mass Effect 3- Omega DLC launch trailer is all kinds of awesome

"Together we will take Omega back!"

Posted By | On 26th, Nov. 2012

Mass Effect 3’s Omega DLC is almost here, just a day away from its release, and BioWare and EA have treated us to a gratifying launch trailer.

The trailer shows off some underlying plot points the DLC will tackle- Aria T’Loak trying to take back the Omega station we saw in Mass Effect 2 back from Cerberus control with the help of Shepard and another new teammate, a female Turian (this is the first time we’ll be seeing a female Turian in the Mass Effect series).

Watch it below:

The DLC will be available on November 27 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and on November 28 for PS3 in Europe. It will cost $14.99 or 1200 MSP.

Unfortunately, the DLC will not be headed to the Wii U (anytime soon), which just got Mass Effect 3 as a port on its launch day.

BioWare says it has plans for more Mass Effect 3 DLC after this one. Check out the full report here.

Stay tuned for more info.
