The Mass Effect Andromeda showing at the PlayStation Meeting earlier this month was a bit of a pleasant surprise- although we were all waiting to see something of the game, Bioware had also been pretty emphatic in their insistence that we won’t get to see much of Mass Effect Andromeda until November 7, or N7 Day, which has become a sort of unofficial holiday for Mass Effect fans.
And while we did get to see some pre-alpha gameplay footage for the game on September 7, N7 Day is still when we will get most of the major information on the game- including a final release date for the title. That said, according to Bioware’s Mac Walters, we still might get to see and hear little tidbits from the game before then.
That would be good news for Mass Effect fans, who at this point are almost as crazy and starved waiting for news as Nintendo fans are for NX news. Let’s hope Bioware share some good stuff. Mass Effect Andromeda is due out on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC worldwide by March 2017.
