Mega Man Fans, Check Out This New Mighty No. 9 Footage

MIGHTY MAN!

Posted By | On 01st, Jul. 2014

I don’t know if or when Capcom will ever do anything with its Mega Man series (which is a damn shame, they’re sitting on nearly 30 years of IP heritage right there if nothing else), but in the meantime, if you are a fan of the franchise, you don’t have to despair- the original creator of the Mega Man franchise has been working on a spiritual sequel, Mighty No. 9, which will be releasing in April 2015 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs running Windows, Mac, or Linux. So basically there is literally no way you can miss out on this game.

Anyway, if you wanted to see what the game looks like in motion, here’s a new bit of footage for you- the video reminds us the game is a work in progress, but it doesn’t look half shabby, and the soundtrack in particular sounds great.

Are you going to get Mighty No. 9? If so, on what platform? Maybe this will be a way to get Capcom to release a new Mega Man game…
