Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus’ launch is right around the corner now, and though it’s been accompanied with something of a dark cloud in recent days, many fans of the series are doubtless awaiting the day the game finally launches. To hype you up some more, developers 4A Games have put out an excellent cinematic trailer for their upcoming shooter.

At roughly 4 minutes long, it’s a pretty lengthy trailer, but it sure doesn’t feel that way. It takes Artyom on a harrowing trek through post-nuclear Russia, giving players a taste of what the game itself will have to offer, showing everything from varied landscapes to fighting against terrifying mutants to some hints about what the game’s story will have in store, and more. Take a look below.

Do note that this isn’t a gameplay trailer- there have been plenty of those lately as well though, focused on things such as its open ended levels and its extensive weapons customization mechanics. Take a look through the links. Metro Exodus launches on February 15 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
