4A Games’ Metro Exodus is receiving a new story expansion tomorrow with The Two Colonels. Yes, that’s right – tomorrow. As part of the Expansion Pass, it sees players in the Novosibirsk Metro. Instead of journeying as Artyom, the events take place from a different perspective before the Aurora Crew’s arrival. Check out the trailer below.

The hero of the story is Colonel Khlebnivok. The colonel is on his way home to meet his son. Unfortunately, things quickly go wrong. There will inevitably be nasties to fight in the underground tunnels of the metro. Thankfully, the colonel has a flamethrower to help clear some of the mess out.

Metro Exodus is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Though the PC version is exclusive to the Epic Games Store, you can play it on Windows 10 PC via Xbox Game Pass. Of course, the title is also available for Xbox One players via Game Pass so you can try the game for $4.99 per month and then perhaps delve into expansion.
