Sony and developer San Diego Studio have revealed details about the collector’s edition for the recently-announced MLB The Show 23. The companies have also revealed that the game will be getting a technical test for players in U.S. and Canada.
The technical test is slated to kick off on February 15 at 10am PST, and will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The technical test will be used to stress test the servers, online matchmaking, cross-platform play, and online co-op. The studio will also be gathering feedback on gameplay.
No sign ups or pre-purchasing will be necessary to take part in the technical test, as it will be open to anyone with a console and an Internet connection.
