Monster Hunter Rise

In celebration of Monster Hunter Rise passing five million in worldwide shipments and digital sales, Capcom has a free item pack available for players. Kamura Pack 1: The Big Celebration can be claimed from the Palico in the Steelworks in Kamura Village. The items in question include 30 Mega Potions, 20 Well-done Steaks, 10 Large Barrel Bombs, five Mega Demondrugs and five Mega Armorskins.

Even if you miss out on these item packs, it’s likely that Capcom will offer more in the days to come (especially if free events are added). Monster Hunter Rise is currently available for Nintendo Switch with a PC release coming in early 2022. It offers a brand new setting where Kamura Village must defend against the Rampage.

Though many weapon types and monsters return from previous games, Monster Hunter Rise adds plenty of new techniques and mechanics to the mix like Palamutes and the Wirebug. Various new monsters like Goss Harag, Magnamalo and many more have also been added with additional threats like Apex Rathalos coming in the first title update. Stay tuned for more details and check out our official review for the game here.
