Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak - Title Update 3_04

A new Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Digital Event is coming on February 1st, 3 PM PST. It will contain details on Title Update 4, such as its release date, new monsters and free DLC. Elgado’s lead scientist Bahari will host the event.

It’s unknown which monsters are included, but Capcom has confirmed a “returning” Elder Dragon. Time will tell who it is, but there are several options, from Alatreon and Fatalis to Nergigante and Vaal Hazak. The latest roadmap is also slated for a reveal and should outline how many more updates are remaining.

A free Palamute Layered Armor set is also being provided free for all players. However, those with a Capcom ID can enter a giveaway to receive it early. The entry period is from February 1st, 5 PM PST, to February 5th, 8 PM PST, with more details to come at the Digital Event.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is available for Nintendo Switch and PC. The base game was recently made available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and PS5. Check out our review of the PS5 version here.
