Capcom has been pretty generous with updates on what’s going on with the highly-anticipated Sunbreak, the expansion to Monster Hunter Rise. The publisher held a 20-minute long presentation for the game last month, and now – the next Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak news reveal event has also been confirmed for May.

As posted by Monster Hunter’s official Twitter handle, Capcom confirmed that a news reveal for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will be taking sometime in May 2022. Of course, other details on the matter remain scant for now – but given the approaching launch date, we are expecting to see a healthy chunk of gameplay that shows all of the new content on offer.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will be launching on June 30th, and pre-orders for the same are now available. Recently, two new short gameplay snippets have revealed some new information about Lunagargon and Master Rank Equipment. You can read more on that through here.
