With reviews going live for Capcom’s Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, the developer has sought to clarify how much storage space is needed on the Nintendo Switch. If you purchased the physical version, then no downloads or installations are needed to start playing. Digital owners will need 13.5 GB of free space though.
There will also be a day one patch that requires 500 MB of free space on top of this. Patch notes for the same should be coming tomorrow so expect more details on bug fixes and improvements. A major update is set for July 15th and adds the first free Monstie, the Palamute from Monster Hunter Rise, to the game. Additional Monsties like Dreadking Rathalos, Soulseer Mizutsune, Elderfrost Gammoth and much more are also planned for the coming months.
Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is out tomorrow for Nintendo Switch and PC. You can check out our review for the game here. For a quick look at its various features, head here.
