Monster Hunter Wilds is the next big game that Capcom is building up to, and as promised, we got another look at the upcoming action RPG with a new trailer at Gamescom Opening Night Live.

The trailer starts off by showcasing an entirely new monstrosity that’s part giant spider, part flowery creature, before showing off more combat and monsters. Glimpses are also shown of the hub village, a veriety of different weapons as well as the new weather-focused mechanics, and a new Apex beast that you’ll be taking on as part of the main story. And of course, there’s also a little bit of cooking and grilling going on. Check out the trailer below.

Recent weeks have also seen Capcom sharing new trailers dedicated to individual weapons that will be featured in the action RPG, including the Switchaxe, Sword and Shield, Long Sword, Charge Blade, Light Bowgun, Gunlance, and more.

Monster Hunter Wilds is due out in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
