Capcom’s Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has not one but two new events currently live on all platforms. These are the returning Appreciation Fest in Astera and the new Grand Appreciation Fest in Seliana (the latter being exclusive to Iceborne players). With the expansion arriving earlier this month for PC, this is a good time to pick up some great rewards.
The Grand Appreciation Fest is the major focus for veteran players since they can craft a new armor set – Astral Armor – with VIP Gratitude Tickets. You can also acquire the Felyne Space Set for your Palico and a Sky Blue Silverwisp pendant for weapons. It’s also worth noting that partaking the Hunter Helper system will grant VIP Gratitude Tickets as well and you can also craft Astral Layered Armor, Silverwisp pendants with different colors and new decorations for your room.
But wait, there’s more. A number of Guild Palace weapons, which are incredibly good, are available to earn by grinding the Arena quest “50 Shades of White”. You can also earn a special hammer from the Wildspire Waste event quest and other gear from “A Shocking Climax.” The Appreciation Fest and Grand Appreciation Fest will be available till February 13th.
