Monster Hunter World Behemoth

PC players of Monster Hunter World have had their fill of Behemoth, a monster added back in August as part of the collaboration quest with Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn. However, they have yet to experience the terrors of Extreme Behemoth. This version of the monster is even tougher with faster attacks, and he’s out on January 18th for PC players.

Simply accept the quest “A Visitor from Eorzea (Extreme)” and you should be on your way to fighting Extreme Behemoth. Since the hunt will be very difficult, you should make sure to be Hunter Rank 50 or higher before taking it up. Upon completing the quest, you’ll receiving a “Glamour Prism” item.

This item will help you collect unique rewards from the quest, like Drachen layered armor and the Warrior of Light guild card title. If you haven’t collected the Drachen armour yet, then it’s probably a good idea to farm normal Behemoth instead. Extreme Behemoth will be available until February 21st, so there’s plenty of time to prep for his onslaught.
