Monster Hunter XX Gets A Brand New Trailer

Generation X.

Posted By | On 08th, Dec. 2016

Capcom will be releasing Monster Hunter XX, a revision of Monster Hunter X, released earlier this year in the west as Monster Hunter Generations, for the Nintendo 3DS in March next year- and they’ve released a brand new trailer for the game showing a brand new Hunter Style that the game introduces (the Renkin Style), as well as general gameplay footage.

Monster Hunter Generations was an excellent game, albeit one with slightly less end game content than the excellent Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate– hopefully Monster Hunter XX will fix that, because with good end game content, Generations becomes the best title in the series.

Monster Hunter XX is currently announced only in Japan, with a March release on Nintendo 3DS. A western release, as well as a release on Nintendo’s upcoming Switch console, are both expected, but unsubstantiated and unconfirmed as of right now. For now, you can check out the trailer below.
