With Mortal Kombat 11’s full community reveal event less than a week away now, anticipation surrounding the long-awaited fighter is growing fiercer with every passing day- and NeatherRealm Studios have been doing everything in their power to make it even fiercer. It’s only been tiny bits and pieces, such as releasing the game’s official cover art– but it’s been enough.

Similarly, the studio’s official Twitter page recently shared the full rendered model of Scorpion that we’ll be seeing in the game, and it looks predictably amazing. The new engine that the game is being built on seems to be working wonders, and though a single image can’t really do justice to how it looks in motion, it can at least give us a rough idea. Take a look below.

As for the community reveal event, it takes place on January 17- what will it reveal? Recently, the studio promised that some gameplay will be shown off, while details on the game’s story, new characters, and some other unannounced things will also be revealed. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for constant updates. Mortal Kombat 11 launches on April 23 for the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
