Obligatory Returning Characters

With the whole rebooted timeline, the door is open for past Mortal Kombat characters to return in Mortal Kombat 11. Ermac, Kenshi, Goro, Smoke, Sektor, Cyrax, Reptile, Quan Chi, Kintaro – the list of potential returns is tremendous. Some characters like Cetrion and Geras are unlikely to make the jump, which makes sense given their role in the previous timeline (never say never, though). The real question is how many new characters should be added to balance out all of the returning fighters and inevitable guest characters.
