Mortal Kombat X First Gameplay Footage Revealed

Still has awesome fatalities.

NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat X finally got its first gameplay footage at Sony’s E3 media briefing. Check it out above.

Honestly, it doesn’t look terrible but considering the hype that the CG trailer created, it’s still certainly lacking. At least Sub Zero and Scorpion are battling it out yet again and we get our first look at the two new characters. While one appears to be an over-sized queen bee, the other consists of a hulking creature with a little imp riding on its shoulders. The Fatalities at the very least look as gruesome as ever, with Sub Zero punching Scorpions innards out of his body.

Mortal Kombat X will be releasing on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, PC and PS3 in 2015. What are your thoughts on the game’s looks? Let us know in the comments below what you think and stay tuned for more information on Sony’s E3 presser as more announcements are made.
