Amid rumors of a general Nintendo Direct, Nintendo of America has announced a new Indie World Showcase. It takes place tomorrow at 9 AM PT and will feature about 20 minutes of various indie titles. Look for it to be streamed on YouTube.
Nintendo, as per usual, hasn’t provided any information on what to expect. However, there are a number of indie games it could provide updates for, not the least of which includes Hollow Knight: Silksong, Windbound, The Last Campfire, Spiritfarer and so on. Once again, we’ll need to wait for more information.
As for what Nintendo has planned for the rest of the year, Bravely Default 2 is still without a release date (though there’s a demo on the eshop to try out). Pikmin 3 Deluxe is also coming out this October, packing all of the content from the original Wii U version will introducing some new difficulty modes. Stay tuned for more details on other releases in the coming months.
