Moon Studios’ next title, No Rest for the Wicked, is due for a showcase on March 1st. However, IGN First will have new gameplay and details until then, starting with nine minutes of exploration leading up to a boss fight against Warrick the Torn. Check it out below.

As a Cerim, players venture to Isola Sacra to cleanse it of the Pestilence. Other entities abound, including a father and daughter seeking refuge from the Torn. As you explore the environment, there are drawbridges to cross and lesser enemies to fight, who drop weapons and armor. There’s also a fire pit to cook food for restoring health and focus.

The boss fight against Warrick is reminiscent of a Dark Souls (or even Bloodborne) boss with hard-hitting attacks and sweeps. Players can dodge-roll and counter, throw firebombs and ignite their blade for more damage. Sure enough, Warrick falls, and the journey continues.

No Rest for the Wicked is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, but it will first launch in Q2 2024 for PC early access. Stay tuned for more details and a potential release date announcement at the showcase.
