With Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Moon Studios delivered two stellar Metroidvanias, but with its next project, the indie studio is looking to branch off into new directions. Dark fantasy action RPG No Rest for the Wicked was announced at The Game Awards in December, and though it was given an early 2024 release window for its early access version, it turns out players are going to have to wait a little longer to get their hands on it.

In its recent quarterly fiscal report, Take-Two Interactive – parent company of No Rest for the Wicked publisher Private Division – has listed No Rest for the Wicked for an early access launch for sometime in Q2 of 2024, which means it’s been pushed back by a quarter. A specific release date hasn’t been mentioned, though with more details on the game set to be unveiled on March 1, we suspect further details on its launch and why it was delayed will be shared then.

When it launches in early access, No Rest for the Wicked will be available only on PC. Upon its full release (which is currently undated), it will also launch for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
