Bandai Namco and ILCA announced One Piece Odyssey earlier this year, promising a new JRPG set in the beloved One Piece universe with a brand-new story to tell, and boasting new character and monster designs produced by Eiichiro Oda and new music by Motoi Sakuraba. While we haven’t heard or seen much of the game since its initial announcement, that’ll be changing soon.

It’s been confirmed that One Piece Odyssey will receive a new world premiere trailer offering “an exclusive new look” at Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live tomorrow, June 9. When it was unveiled, One Piece Odyssey was given a 2022 launch window for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and Xbox One, so hopefully, along with new gameplay footage, tomorrow’s trailer will also confirm a more specific release date for the game.

Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live is promising to be a long and packed show, with a runtime between an hour and a half and two hours. Several games have already been confirmed for the show, including major titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, The Callisto Protocol, Gotham Knights, Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, Warhammer 40K: DarktideFrost Giant’s new RTS, and many more.
