Winner: you can’t make me choose
This one really is too close to call and it’s a complete surprise to us that The Walking Dead hasn’t been nominated in this category yet Diablo III was, ho hum. Dark Souls, Journey, Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3 and Legend of Zelda are all potential candidates, each with very distinct merits and brilliant little intricacies; the vaguest description of anything, ever. At 3pm today you’ll find out the winner for real, so it’s probably best to wait until then.
