If you didn’t get a chance to try out Ashe, the newest hero coming to Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch, then we’ve got sad news. Blizzard’s Dan Maas revealed on the official forums that the patch 1.30 Public Test has concluded. That means the PTR server on PC will be offline until Blizzard updates it with something new to test.

The PTR build didn’t just include Ashe though. It also had a number of changes for Mercy, Reaper, and Roadhog. Blizzard didn’t outline when these changes would go live, but the closure of the PTR usually indicates that a new patch is coming soon. Could this be the “remaster” patch that’s meant to improve performance?

Will Ashe be included? Again, it’s hard to say at this point. Either way, make sure to save some bandwidth, because the “remaster” patch will require a complete re-install of the game. On the plus side, it will help more constrained systems handle the game better, on top of optimizing the experience as a whole.
