Overwatch’s Orisa Not Coming to Live Servers Today

Bugs being fixed and feedback under evaluation.

Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch has a new hero running amok in the Public Test Realm – Orisa, a robot created by Efi Oladele who serves as a pretty versatile off-tank.

Given how well she’s been handled, and how the recent nerf to Bastion needs to come to consoles, one would think that Orisa would be patched in today for all versions of the game.

That’s sadly not happening. According to director Jeff Kaplan on the official forums, “We’re not releasing Orisa to the live servers tomorrow. We’re still fixing bugs and evaluating feedback and stats. We appreciate your enthusiasm though!”

Orisa has received some slight nerfs over on the PTR along with other characters which we’ll be covering later today. What are your thoughts on the new hero thus far and when should she be added? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
