Path of Exile Harvest

Grinding Gear Games recently unveiled its latest upcoming challenge league for Path of Exile – Harvest. Starting on June 19th for PC players, the league sees players collecting seeds throughout various areas. They will then meet with NPC Oshabi and cultivate them in the Sacred Grove.

After the seeds are cultivated, they can be harvested in the form of enemies to fight. Defeating them will provide Lifeforce which can be used for crafts on different items. Rarer seeds will require better planning – including some Stardew Valley-style farming – but will result in bigger rewards.

The league also brings eight new skills, a revamp for two-handed weapons, changes to Slams, new Support Gems and 12 new Unique items. More than 50 existing Uniques have also seen balancing changes. Overall, it’s an intriguing concept and should be a nice change of pace from Delirium. Stay tuned for more details en route to release.
