Path of Exile Legion

Grinding Gear Games has revealed the next expansion and league coming to Path of Exile. It’s called “Ultimatum” and will go live on April 16th at 1 PM PDT for PC (April 21st for consoles). The expansion will be properly revealed on April 8th, 1 PM PDT.

As for what can be expected, the teaser indicates the Vaal being involved. The aesthetic calls the Temple of Atzoatl, a major focus of the Incursion league, to mind as well. Interestingly, the teaser ends with the logo for Path of Exile 2. The developer revealed that this will be our first look at the same since ExileCon 2019.

Path of Exile is currently available for PC, Xbox One and PC. A development manifesto detailing all of the upcoming changes in patch 3.14 should be revealed soon with in-depth patch notes coming before launch. As for Path of Exile 2, it’s currently slated to begin beta testing in 2022. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
